Leslie S. Klinger

We are excited to announce the addition of the highly-acclaimed editor, writer and attorney, Leslie S. Klinger to our line-up of featured writers and editors for our upcoming series!

Leslie S. Klinger is the Bram Stoker Award®-nominated editor of annotated editions of Dracula, Frankenstein, H. P. Lovecraft, and Jekyll and Hyde, as well as five collections of classic horror fiction (four with Lisa Morton). He also co-edited (with Eric Guignard) the eight-volume Haunted Library of Horror Classics published by the Horror Writers Association (of which he served as the Treasurer for ten years).

Klinger is also a highly-acclaimed editor of mystery fiction, winner of two Edgar awards (for New Annotated Sherlock Holmes: The Complete Short Stories and Classic American Crime Fiction of the 1920s) as well as an Anthony award and is known as “the world’s first consulting Sherlockian.” He also edited Annotated Sandman and Annotated American Gods (with Neil Gaiman) and Watchmen Annotated (with Dave Gibbons). He is currently the editor of the Library of Congress Crime Classics series.
